Just outright, I'm gonna say what your thinking: I got the chills, that trailer was incredible. Alright now that we got over that, lets dig a little deeper. The trailer seems to hint at a much darker tone than the two previous Iron Man films, showing Robert Downey Jr. as much more emo then quippy asshole. But, darkness aside, the trailer also has a ton of fun shots of our favorite tin man rocketing through the ether and blowing stuff up. Specifically, the shot of the missle decimating Tony's house and making him fly backwards in slow mo is just incredible. Although just a teaser trailer, the way that Ben Kingsley's villain The Mandarin is shown (whether in ominous narration or shots of him in a dimly lit...basement(?)) sets the stage for a great movie. Oh, and the writer and director is the same guy that wrote the original Lethal Weapon. Add that to the ever-growing list of things this movie has going for it. Iron Man 3 hits theaters May 3rd
